Minions is an American 3D computer-animated film from 2015 and is a spin-off / prequel to the films Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2, in which the minions (yellow creatures and minions of Gru) will experience their own adventures.

The film was produced by Illumination Entertainment and distributed by Universal Pictures, directed by Kyle Balda and Pierre Coffin.

A piece of the film was already shown in the credits of Despicable Me 2, in which three Minions audition for the film. Sandra Bullock spoke the voice of Scarlett Overkill, the villain of the movie and Jon Hamm’s voice Herb Overkill, her husband and inventor.

The film music was just like the previous films composed by Heitor Pereira.
